- I can get you in touch with trades people, sales and installation firms, and suppliers in the event you have equipment breakdown or if you are planning a renovation. There is no financial relationship to me on this servce. For any green upgrades or home sealing I can also help direct you.
- You can call or email me for advice concerning your home.
- Periodically you will receive emails or blogs with helpful information for home owners. (You can unsubscribe at any time.)
- Green resources will also be avaiable to clients on the website.
Services For-a-Fee :
- I perform a "Home Safety Check" for travellors on business, on extended family matters, and vacationers. This meets and exceeds Insurance Company requests for every 3-4 day home check to maintain your home owner's policy. It also places your home with someone who is familiar with it and how it functions See the "Home Safety Check" tab on the left hand side of the home page and clour illustration as well/
- If you are interested in green energy production with the FIT2 and micrFIT2 program for photvoltaic or the new more efficient and better investment, concentrated photo voltaic may be the route to consider. Call me for free demonstrations and explanations as I represent frims in these fields
- If you are conisdereing how to save money on water heating for domestic hot water, your pool or even better both I can introduce you to solar thermal options that are the best investments. An introduction session does not cost any thing. Call me as I represent firms in this field.
- I offer annual maintenance inspections.
