Orangeville Council has reversed its decision to deny a permit to a developer to demolish a 140-year-old B-Line house as part of a planned subdivision. Orangeville’s committee of adjustment has voted to allow the Dufferin Wellington Guelph health unit to provide as few as 19 parking spaces at its planned office building on Broadway, a reduction by almost two-thirds from the zoning bylaw requirement for 54.
