I was quite pleased that Bert was thorough and that he cooperated with me and the contractor (who just happened to be there.
The report I received on line was exellent + had photos of a couple of concerns. It was great that Bert came on a short notice.
(In what areas and how could my service be improved?)
He needs to carry soft shoes to climb on the steel (metal) roofs.
Bert can give us the phone number of a person who wants our testimonial and we'll give a good reference.
